As many times during the day as you choose, stand erect, close your eyes and turn your mental sight inwardly as though picturing the Self within, and, taking a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and then slowly exhale while making the sound of TH. You will find that you must place the end of the tongue against the upper teeth to make this sound and thereby close part of the oral cavity. Draw out the TH sound as long as you can. Then, take another deep breath, hold it a few seconds, and exhale with the TH again. Do this three times, and do this as often during the day as you can. This will bring a certain power to the pituitary body, and help it to develop and be prepared for the use to which we will put it.
