STEP 1:

Place the five fingertips of both hands together. Be sure that the palms are separated by about 1½ inches. Do not let them touch silk or wool clothing. Do not press the tips too strongly together, but hold them firmly together. Hold them this way for about three minutes.

STEP 2:

After a while you will notice ordinary heat between the palms. Then take a long breath for about ten counts, or whatever is comfortable, and you will find that the heat between the palms will increase so that the palms begin to tingle and more life-force will come into the blood.
