STEP 1:

Take the thumb and first two fingers of the left hand and grip tightly the thumb of the right hand. Have the fingers of the right hand extend so that they don’t touch the left hand. Keep this grip without squeezing the thumb too tightly.

STEP 2:

Then take one long breath and hold it for about ten counts while you feel the warmth and power generating in the right thumb. The energy passing from the left thumb and going to the right thumb goes up the right arm.

 

DIRECTION:

This heat will be felt above the normal. It is not generated simply because you are squeezing the thumb, but because you are bringing two forces of vibration together. First the life-force and then the heat. The heat is generated in the left arm.

It is also possible that there may be a little warmth in both arms and this warmth in the blood is more than just an increase in blood temperature. The heat in this exercise from the hands, when applied to the body of another or yourself for healing purposes, rouses the vitality of the blood cells and will cause them to destroy any abnormal germ life.
